Rafa Benitez’s family want him to return from China and he is keen on the West Ham United manager’s job, according to a report from @indykaila.
The Spaniard left Premier League outfit Newcastle United at the end of the 2018/19 campaign to take over at Chinese Super League club Dalian Yifang, where he has won six of his 15 games in charge so far (Transfermarkt).
However, the report suggests that he is now looking at a return to the Premier League and that the Hammers are a club that would attract him, although they would have to pay the release clause in the 59-year-old’s contract.

David Moyes is currently in charge at West Ham having replaced Manuel Pellegrini recently, but he has struggled to make an impact so far and has won just one of his six Premier League games in the dugout (Transfermarkt).
However, it seems that despite their recent struggles, quite a few Hammers fans wouldn’t be too keen on appointing the former Liverpool and Real Madrid boss. Some suggest that they wouldn’t want him as he wasn’t keen on the job when it last became available (90min), whilst others aren’t so sure he is even that good and point to the fact that Steve Bruce is doing just as well as the Spaniard did at St James’ Park.

I don’t think this will happen, why would they do this? I want it too happen but why would they do this? They are just cheap owners who don’t want to spend their money and won’t want to pay off Moyes or pay to get Raffa out of his contract! 😜 ⚒️
