West Ham United are thought to be keen on adding to their ranks in the winter transfer window, however, one man does not appear to be ready to leave his current club.
It is understood that both Premier League sides are ready to pay the release clause of €30million to sign him in January.
The attacking midfielder has been a key player for the La Liga side this season as they struggle to climb the Spanish top-flight, however, it appears as though he is determined to stay and help them battle it out.
The 22-year-old is thought to have dismissed the offers amid the rumours linking him with a move to England.

West Ham are thought to be planning to be active in the transfer market this January, however, Fornals does not look like a player that could be arriving very soon.
However, should the Hammers decide to offer the release clause to Villarreal, it remains to be seen what the Spanish side do for their talented star.
At the moment, a deal looks unlikely as Fornals has admitted himself he does not want to leave the Yellow Submarines and that could be the hardest part for West Ham to overcome in the winter.
