Speaking on his Twitch stream, via West Ham Transfers, striker Michail Antonio confirmed his return to training and current fitness level – prompting many Hammers to go wild over the ‘superb‘ update on Twitter.
Antonio, who has been forced to the sidelines over this past month after sustaining a hamstring injury, could feature against Sheffield United on Sunday depending on the results of a late fitness test.
Should West Ham start Antonio against Sheffield United?
No, definitely not
The attacker has been key for David Moyes, especially considering the downturn in form of Sebastien Haller, with news now that he has confirmed his training return on Twitch exciting plenty of supporters.
It remains to be seen whether he could start, or at least be on the substitutes bench tomorrow, but Hammers have taken encouragement from his personal admission.
