West Ham United are thought to have received an offer for one of their midfielders this winter.
It is claimed that the London Stadium outfit will make a decision in the next few hours, whilst an agreement is expected to be close.
The media outlet have also stated that the Serie A outfit want to take the player immediately on a permanent deal.
The 26-year-old has played a bit-part role under Manuel Pellegrini this season, having made 14 appearances in the Premier League so far, with a number from the substitutes bench.
However, with the number of midfield options the Irons currently have, Slaven Bilic’s £5.4million 2015 transfer, as per Transfermarkt, could be on the way out of the club.
The Verdict:

The possibility of selling Obiang to Fiorentina could be a good piece of business for West Ham to conduct.
With the number of options the club have in the midfield, it would be difficult to see the 26-year-old have many opportunities to play regular first-team football.
The Hammers could also look to cash in on the player, however, a decision may ultimately depend on whether Pellegrini will allow for a deal to happen.
