Many West Ham United fans have been left slamming the display of Sebastien Haller despite their 1-0 away win over Everton in the Premier League.
The Ivory Coast international did not have the best of games as he was replaced by Michail Antonio just short of the hour mark, and did not do himself any favours in trying to keep his place in the starting eleven under David Moyes following the return from injury for the Englishman.

The 26 year-old lost out on no fewer than seven of his duels in the clash, and also failed to record a single shot on target, dribble or key pass, earning him a very measly 6.4 overall rating on Sofascore, the second-lowest out of any of his teammates and the joint second-lowest out of any player to have set foot on the pitch.
West Ham fan reaction to Haller display
These Hammers slammed his performance on Twitter, with one Iron even describing the striker as a ‘snail’ in the match:
“Need to move Haller on though he played so deep tonight he was basically a CB with Dawson and Ogbonna #EVEWHU”
“Awful awful game but happy with the three points. Once Antonio is back in form, Haller should never ever see the field unless an injury happens. #EVEWHU”
“Watching Antonio for just 15 mins explains exactly why everyone hates on Haller. Movement, strength, work rate. #EVEWHU #WHUFC #WHTID #COYI #GSBOUT”
“Another nail for Haller‘s #WHU career Come on Michail let’s see how it’s done #EVEWHU”
“I’ve resisted jumping on Haller but I’m sad to say, today is the day I finally wrote him off as a lost cause. #EVEWHU”
“Can we replace the snail Haller!? #EVEWHU”
