Wilson Palacios Makes World Cup History

Wilson was pretty much an instant hit at Tottenham. His arrival appeared to herald a ready made antidote to the lackluster performances being turned in by too many existing players. The Honduran number 8 is joined at this World Cup by his younger brother and fellow Honduran number 4, Jhony Palacios and youngest brother of all, Jerry Palacios. Jhony is  a central defender for Olimpia Tegucigalpa. Jerry plays for Hangzou Greentown.

The brothers lost their youngest brother, Edwin who was kidnapped in 2007 and subsequently murdered.
