Wolves: Many fans agree latest news on Jesus Vallejo was right decision

Wolves have had to juggle a busy schedule of the domestic cups, Premier League and the Europa League this season and manager Nuno Espirito Santo will have thought that Spanish defender Jesus Vallejo was capable of helping ease the pressure on the squad. In reality, it didn’t work, and fans realise that now as the club look to progress without him.

The Real Madrid loanee has played just seven times this season and that amounts to just 612 minutes of playing time. His last game was in Wolves’ Carabao Cup defeat to Aston Villa back on October 30. The manager himself has said the move “didn’t work out” and that the 23-year-old wanted to leave to get more game time.

Twitter account Talking Wolves posted a report from Marca which says how the goalkeeper broke free from his loan agreement with Wolves to strike an arrangement with Granada. Fans replied to give their opinions on Vallejo and most agreed that he just wasn’t at the required standard.
