Jon Moss has been appointed as the referee for the Premier League meeting of Wolves and Manchester United at Molineux next Monday, as noted by the @TalkingWolves Twitter channel yesterday.

The 48-year-old was also involved in Wolves’ most recent match when, as the VAR official for Sunday’s 0-0 draw at Leicester, he advised match referee Andre Marriner to disallow Leander Dendocker’s goal as the ball struck Willy Boly’s arm in the build-up.
Moss took charge of three Wolves matches last season, two of which ended in victory for Nuno Espirito Santo’s men. He was the referee for their 2-1 victory over Chelsea last December and the 1-0 win over Fulham in their final home game of the season. He was also in charge of their 3-1 loss at Southampton in April. [via Soccerbase]
The VAR official for Monday’s game is Paul Tierney, who was involved in two Wolves matches in 2018/19, both in cup competitions.
He took charge of their Carabao Cup third round penalty shootout defeat to Leicester and the 2-1 FA Cup win over Liverpool in January. [via Soccerbase]
