Many Wolvers fans have been reacting to an image posted on the club's official Twitter account showing four of their attacking options for next season along with the caption "Defences aren't ready".

Raul Jimenez, Pedro Neto, Daniel Podence and new arrival Francisco Trincao were all snapped at the Sir Jack Hayward Training Ground.

How is Wolves' frontline shaping up?

Jimenez is set to return from the fractured skull which ruled him out from November until the end of the 2020/21 season (via The Guardian) - he had been the club's leading scorer in the two previous campaigns before that prolonged setback.

Neto, on the other hand, will miss the first few weeks of the campaign after he was ruled out for six months with a knee injury sustained in April.

Podence is preparing for his second full season with Wolves, having scored three goals and provided two assists last term (via WhoScored).

Meanwhile, Trincao is acclimatising to his new surroundings after a season-long loan switch from Barcelona, which includes an option to buy come the end of the campaign.

Wolves kick off their first season under Bruno Lage with a trip to Leicester City on 14 August.
