Arsenal fans have been adoring some stern set of comments made in 2014 by the incoming Mikel Arteta.
In an interview with Arsenal.com, the Spaniard outlined his style of football and also seemingly sent out a warning to any future player he could manage by claiming he expects ‘120%’ commitment.

The Spaniard is expected to be announced as the new head coach at the Emirates Stadium with ESPN’s Julien Laurens claiming he expects the deal to be completed soon.
Arteta’s stern mindset would be a welcome change from the seemingly weak management of Arsene Wenger’s successor, Unai Emery, who was ‘openly’ mocked by his own players during training (via Evening Standard).
Arsenal are enduring a horrible campaign in the Premier League, having won just one of their last seven top-flight games.
It has left the north London giants in 10th place in the league table after the opening 17 games of the season.
