Bristol City fans have flooded to their Twitter page to give their ‘dream Bristol City midfield three’ after the club asked its fans on Twitter.
The club account wrote, “What’s your dream Bristol City midfield three?”, to which over 40 fans replied to.
There was a big variety of responses, with many suggesting players from over the ages, many named current players, while one just said Han Noah Massengo’s names separately.
Bristol City come back from the international break to face bottom of the league Stoke City, who have only had one point from their opening six this season. Keeping in mind Stoke’s calamity start to the season, Nathan Jones will be extremely anxious that another bad result could seal his fate as Stoke boss (he’s acknowledged the need for an upturn in form to the Stoke Sentinel), so he will be demanding a reaction from his players.
City have had a decent start to the season and currently sit fifth. From their six games they have won three, drew two and lost just the one.
