Leeds United: Fans hammer Ouasim Bouy following Phil Hay piece
In response to insight from The Athletic journalist Phil Hay, many Leeds United supporters have flocked to hammer midfielder Ouasim Bouy for ‘stealing a living‘ as the 26-year-old goes on an ‘Instagram adventure‘ with Paul Pogba.
Bouy, who signed for Leeds from Italian giants Juventus back in the summer of 2017, is yet to make a single appearance for the Whites – going out on loan spells to Cultural Leonesa and PEC Zwolle in order to gather much-needed form. However, despite his spells away, none of them have seemed to come to fruition just yet – with many supporters wondering what he is still doing on Marcelo Bielsa’s books.
Last season, out on loan at Zwolle, Bouy made 18 appearances overall for the Dutch outfit but failed to register a single goal or assist (WhoScored). In response to Hay’s piece, Whites fans are suggesting to ‘cancel his contract now‘ whilst lamenting the fact that he is ‘stealing a living’.
