  1. david gill is a good man who simply knows he cant attack his boss as that is stupid so was forced to change his words after the take over and protester just dont get that as they simply dont understand a thing about what is going on and that is a fact. sir alex ferguson being the greatest manager ever does get it but that side doesnt involve him so fergie has kept to his role as the manager to which he has got what ever he wanted ad they have never interfered and never will, fergie loves manchester united.

  2. protesters just dont get it. fergie and gill knows the score. the glazers are the problem with their stupid debt but not the skint knights have run off again the protesst is weak as no protential buyer is there to get the club if glazers do sell. aldo if that comes, then we all know a host of buyers will appear for the club. fergie backs the fans/protest/owners and loves manchester united because he is the greatest and knows the score, just like gill. the glazers should be the hate symbol no-one else.

  3. United have had a great deal of success under the Glazers, but it’s mere coincidence; just good luck that Ronaldo was coming through at the time. They can’t continue to compete at the level expected of them with the massive financial burden being carried; it’s not only this, but the massive lack of respect for the fans. Under the ownership of the Glazers, United have wasted £437million in fees and interest, which is more than the entire ticket revenue for that period: without the takeover, United could’ve let everyone into Old Trafford for free for five years. I’m not saying it’s fair, and I’m not saying I blame him for holding onto his job, but by his association with the Glazers, Gill has to be a hate symbol. And he has to accept that.
