Leeds United were handed a boost in the Sky Bet Championship last night without even having to play thanks to the results involving Nottingham Forest and Fulham.
The Whites have seen their lead over the chasing clubs outside the top two dwindle in recent weeks and it’s provided hope to the likes of Forest and Fulham that they can be caught.
Wins for both would have really tightened things up at the top but both could only earn themselves a point and Leeds will be breathing a bit of a sigh of relief with that in mind.
Indeed, another who’ll be feeling a similar way will be Leif Davis who has had an operation on an injury and it has appeared to go well:
