Leeds United: Fans excited by training image of Kalvin Phillips and Tyler Roberts

An image of Leeds United duo Kalvin Phillips and Tyler Roberts has gained plenty of reaction from fans via the club’s official Twitter account.

With the Championship season currently at a standstill due to the coronavirus pandemic, some clubs have returned to group training this week as the potential of the resumption of the league continues to be discussed (as per BBC).

Leeds sit top of the Championship seven points clear of third-placed Fulham and are on course to earn automatic promotion to the Premier League along with West Brom and end a 16-year spell outside of the top flight.

Phillips has been in superb form this season, becoming a key player and regular starter for the Whites, whilst Roberts has contributed with some important goals during the 2019/20 campaign, netting three times in 14 games.
