Leeds United earned another important three points at the weekend in the Sky Bet Championship as they edged out Blackburn Rovers.
Every point counts at this stage of the season as we get towards the hectic Christmas period with the final international break of the year now upon us.
Going into it with a win is important, then, and the Whites once again look like a side capable of challenging up near the sharp end of the second tier table.
The likes of Preston and West Brom aren’t going to go anywhere fast this year, but with some of the quality that Leeds have at their disposal, the Whites will feel that they can emerge on top.
Kalvin Phillips is certainly going to be key, with this clip underlining that with his pass that led to a fine goal for the Whites against Rovers.
