Leeds United: Fans call for Jack Harrison to be signed permanently

Loads of Leeds United fans have admitted on social media that they would love to see winger Jack Harrison signed on a permanent deal in the summer transfer window.

The 23-year-old is currently spending his second successive season on loan at Elland Road from Manchester City and he has become a key player for Marcelo Bielsa’s side this term.

Indeed, he has started in all 36 of their Championship matches to date and has contributed with five goals and six assists in that time (Transfermarkt). Added to that, he is also averaging two key passes, 1.9 dribbles and 1.6 shots per game in the league this season (WhoScored).

According to The Athletic journalist Phil Hay, Leeds could make Harrison’s loan move permanent in the summer for just £8 million and it seems that the majority of the club’s supporters are hopeful that is a deal that will happen.

They believe that the fee represents great value for money and many have taken to Twitter to urge the Whites to get him signed. Here is what some had to say in response to Hay’s post…
