Leeds United: Fans delighted with Stuart Dallas after player given ‘Burley Banksy’ artwork

Leeds United right-back Stuart Dallas has been congratulated by plenty of Whites fans after the 28-year-old was the subject of the latest piece of artwork by the ‘Burley Banksy’.

Dallas, who has started every league game for Marcelo Bielsa’s side this season, has been commemorated on a box by Andy McVeigh, who has created various murals around Elland Road.

The Northern Irishman said it was ‘an honour’ to be commemorated in this way – and fans agreed in their numbers. Dallas also vowed to sign the artwork in a recent tweet.

Supporters responded by thanking Dallas for his contributions this season so far as Leeds sit in the promotion places over Christmas, with some highlighting the defender’s versatility – as Dallas has been filling in at left-back in recent weeks.
