Leeds United fans have been hitting out at director of football Victor Orta after an image of the man emerged from the club’s 1-0 defeat away to Queens Park Rangers.
Orta was seen with his head in his hand after the Whites went down to a controversial Nahki Wells goal in Saturday’s Championship game. The Spaniard isn’t the most popular figure among supporters of the Yorkshire outfit due to the side’s business in January transfer windows.
Last winter, the club were chasing Daniel James only for a move to fall through at the last hurdle as they ended up missing out on promotion to the Premier League. And the club are failing in their attempts to sign a striker this winter with a move for Che Adams already having been ruled out by Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl (via The Express).
