Leeds United: Fans laud Ezgjan Alioski for pass in build up to goal

Leeds United were lauding Ezgjan Alioski for his pass in the build-up to Patrick Bamford’s goal against Fulham.

The North Macedonia international played a defence-splitting pass that freed Eddie Nketiah in behind the west London side’s defence as the youngster’s shot was turned in by Bamford.

It continues the defender’s good run of form in recent weeks with Alioski having scored three times across the first-team and the under-23s in December.

One of his goals was a stunning volley from outside the penalty box in the Yorkshire derby against Huddersfield Town earlier this month

His start against the Cottagers was just his second start for Marcelo Bielsa’s side in the last six league games (via Transfermarkt).

Fans were left lavishing the left-back with praise after his pass to Nketiah in the game against Fulham as they took to Twitter to react.
