Leeds United: Fans lavish Mateusz Klich with praise after Marcelo Bielsa compliments midfielder

Leeds United fans were lavishing Mateusz Klich with praise after the midfielder was complimented by head coach Marcelo Bielsa.

In his press conference ahead of the game against Reading, the Argentine claimed that the Poland international runs more when he is angry. He also went on to say that he believes Klich cannot get any better as he already ‘runs the most’, make the ‘most high-intensity movements’ and the ‘most movements at maximal speed’ (via Leeds Live).

One fan called the 28-year-old ‘underrated’.

The central midfielder has been a crucial part of the Yorkshire outfit’s promotion charge, starting every single Championship game so far this season (via Transfermarkt). He has also made a big impact in those games and averages the fourth-most key passes and fourth-most shots per game when compared to his teammates, as per WhoScored.
