Leeds United fans were feeling nostalgic about the club’s win over Aston Villa, which took place a year ago.
In a crazy game at Villa Park, the Whites came from 2-0 down to defeat the Midlands side 3-2 in a stunning turnaround.
Early goals from Tammy Abraham and Conor Hourihane saw the Villans take a 2-0 lead after just 17 minutes (via BBC).
However, a brilliant second half saw Marcelo Bielsa’s side score three goals in just over half an hour with Jack Clarke, Pontus Jansson and a 95th-minute winner from Kemar Roofe securing all three points.
After the game, Bielsa came out and lauded the commitment from the two sides, claiming it was a ‘very beautiful game’ (via Sky Sports).
