Leeds United fans were over the moon after Marcelo Bielsa’s side extended their winning run to seven games in the Championship.
The Whites were in superb form last night as they recorded a 2-0 win over Hull City, thanks to an own goal from Jordy de Wijs and Ezgjan Alioski’s strike.

Leeds’ opening goal came thanks to great wing play from Helder Costa, whose cross was diverted past his own ‘keeper by De Wijs.
The Yorkshire side extended their lead just past the 80th-minute mark after a counter-attack saw Alioski slot in after Patrick Bamford had hit the post.
Bielsa was understandably relieved after the win in a fixture the promotion hopefuls lost 2-0 last season, claiming the game had two very different halves (via Leeds Live).

Fans were feeling ecstatic following the victory as they took to Twitter to react. Here is a selection of tweets from the Elland Road faithful:
Fulham losing, Forest drawing, Brizzle City losing. Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas #LUFC#MOT#MerryChristmas
Is it me or does it feel this year the pressure and hype is less and we are just ticking off the games one by one this season? Well done lads keep it going #MOT 💙💛
