In his pre-match press conference, the Argentine revealed that Kiko Casilla has a problem with his hand and an appearance at the Riverside Stadium is dependent on how much pain he feels (via LUFC). The Spaniard has been in poor form in recent weeks and has been directly at fault for goals conceded against Wigan Athletic and Nottingham Forest.

However, despite the question marks over the former Real Madrid ‘keeper, he has been an ever-present under the former Marseille coach, having featured in every single Championship game so far this season (via Transfermarkt).
