Leeds fans have been taking aim at Marcelo Bielsa after the Argentine talked about ‘people on the outside of the club’ losing faith in his side.
The former Marseille coach claimed that whilst those on the outside aren’t feeling positive about the Whites, those inside the club believe in team and themselves (via Phil Hay). Since winning seven straight league games, the Yorkshire outfit have endured a slump in form, winning just two of their last 10 games across all competitions (via WhoScored).
One fan seems to be getting tired of Bielsa’s ‘stubbornness’.
Losing faith in his stubborness how he keeps playing players that are not performing and haven’t for weeks. Rotate the squad take risks change tactics 3 at back 2 up top? Teams know how to get results yet we change nothing tactically

Their 10 point gap to third place has been reduced to a mere three points ahead of games against fellow promotion hopefuls Nottingham Forest and Brentford over the next few days. It seems as though supporters weren’t happy with their head coach after his comparisons of people inside and outside the club as they took to Twitter to react. Here is a selection of tweets from the Elland Road faithful:
Some people are realistic & make fair comments. These people are classed as ‘losing faith’. Some people see everything through Leeds tinted glasses, ignore logic, over hype everything. Those are seen as ‘keeping faith’… Frustrating that realistic fans aren’t allowed an opinion

Starting to annoy me this now – we bottled it last year HENCE the apprehension from the fans! This can only be countered with evidence to support the contrary, evidence that we haven’t seen… yes ref decisions have gone against us but we need to turn that into an opportunity! https://t.co/dBIEoQs60U

But can you blame people? Teams that eventually get promoted are building up a big head of steam at this time of year. Whether our problem is form loss or inability to handle the pressure, it feels systemic and as with last season I can’t see us reversing it #lufc https://t.co/q07AoZVfx9
