Leeds United fans have been tearing into Preston North End fans after the Lancashire side revealed they have failed to sell out their allocation for the clash against the Whites.
The Elland Road outfit face Preston on Boxing Day, however, the Lilywhites had to return tickets as they failed to sell them on to supporters.
After the club’s official Twitter account notified fans of the extra tickets on sale, fans flocked to Twitter to mock their Championship rivals with one supporter calling them ‘tinpot’.

Leeds and Preston have already met once this season in a fixture that ended 1-1, thanks to a late Eddie Nketiah goal which saved Marcelo Bielsa’s side
The two sides are enjoying a brilliant season at the top of the second-tier of English football with both clubs competing for promotion.
Preston sit third in the division, 10 points behind Bielsa’s side, having won exactly half of their 22 league games.
Fans were left mocking their northern rivals for failing to sell-out their allocation as they took to Twitter to react.
