Leeds United: Fans were loving Jack Harrison’s performance against Manchester United

Leeds United fans took to Twitter to laud the performance of Jack Harrison after witnessing him in action against Manchester United.

The Whites continued their pre-season preparations by beginning their tour of Australia with the match against their bitter rivals.

However, Marcelo Bielsa’s side were on the wrong side of a 4-0 defeat and will look to improve on that when they meet Western Sydney Wanderers on Saturday.

Leeds may have been outclassed by their opponents on the day, but Harrison’s performance was something that appeared to have delighted many onlookers.

The winger, who will spend his second season on loan with the club from Manchester City, will want to improve on last year’s campaign as he had a rather mixed time at Elland Road.

The 22-year-old managed to net four goals and provide four assists in his 42 appearances across all competitions (Transfermarkt) as the Whites just missed out on securing Premier League football for the first time in 15 years.

Harrison looked to impress against Manchester United as a number of fans took to Twitter to share praise over his performance out on the flanks.

Plenty of Leeds supporters were quick to mention how different he looked compared to what they saw from him last season and many of them were expecting big things from him in the upcoming campaign.

Think there was positives in there, Phillips and Forshaw looked sharp, Harrison looked dangerous and Pablo looked sharp, just no end product and looked frail at the back.
