It’s been a very strong transfer window for Manchester United in the summer transfer window.
The Red Devils in the Tavern have seen their side spend big in bringing the likes of Romelu Lukaku, Victor Lindelöf and most recently, Nemanja Matic to Old Trafford in what seems to be a statement made by Jose Mourinho in time for the new season.
However, Mourinho seems to still want one player to join his army at United and even though this may sound like a lunacy due to the transfer activity that has already happened this summer.
Our landlord agrees that one more player will make United a very good bet for the Premier League this season.
The United fans in the Tavern agree, mainly because they feel that the glory days of Sir Alex Ferguson are upon the horizon with the intent shown in the transfer market, and their have been passionate discussions taking place among the Red Devils in the Tavern over which player will arrive at their club.
It is a discussion that has really captured the imagination and our landlord has been keeping a close ear among discussions and has been able to list three players he feels would fit in at United.
His feeling is that Mourinho must move for one of these men before the window slams shut…
Ivan Perisic

The Croat really impressed against United’s rivals, Chelsea last weekend and the Red Devils in the Tavern feel that the Inter Milan playmaker must be a United player by the end of the transfer window.
His creativity is something that the Red Devils missed last season and the United fans in the Tavern are looking for someone of Persic’s ability to lead them forward next season.
Our landlord agrees and he knows that the signing of Perisic could well see the Premier League trophy returning to Old Trafford at the end of next season.
Serge Aurier

With Dani Alves joining PSG this summer, our landlord believes the reports linking Aureir with a move to United are not far from the mark.
The Ivorian possess a lot of natural athletic ability and although Antonio Valencia was voted player of the season by United fans in the Tavern and beyond – they feel that signing Aurier will really provide strength in depth among their side’s ranks.
Gareth Bale

They couldn’t get Cristiano Ronaldo to rejoin them in the summer so why don’t United swoop in for Gareth Bale instead?
Our landlord agrees that Bale would be a sensational signing for Jose Mourinho and his side and with reports indicating that their is interest from the red half of Manchester, Bale will have to let United know soon that he wants to join the club.
