Many Liverpool fans were left furious after radio host Adrian Durham commented on Thiago Alcantara’s time at Anfield.
Since his £20m move from Bayern Munich in the summer, the 29-year-old has only made three Premier League starts due to contracting coronavirus and then picking up a knee injury against Everton earlier in the campaign.

Speaking on his talkSPORT show (via @Watch_LFC), Durham believes that Thiago is having minimal impact on Jurgen Klopp’s side this season.
This is despite the fact that Thiago has averaged a match rating of 7.18, one of the highest at the club and has averaged 1.2 key passes which is also one of the best at the club so far (Whoscored).
