According to A Bola in Portugal, Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool are all monitoring FC Porto’s Andre Silva ahead of a possible transfer move.
The news has created a real buzz here in the Transfer Tavern with many of regular punters here by the bar looking forward to what has the potential to be a real titanic scrap in the near future.
The three clubs are some of the best represented here by the bar and so when a story like this emerges, the debate is something to behold.

Silva has 12 goals this season to his name in the Portuguese first division and has four goals for his country, including a hat-trick against the Faroe Islands.
He looks like he could be the real deal, then, and it’s not just the Gunners, Reds and Red Devils interested in his signature.
There’s reported interest from Newcastle United, Southampton and Manchester City plus a whole host of European clubs.
