Manchester United fans are looking a little downcast here in the Football Transfer Tavern as the Daily Star seem to think that Javier Hernandez will be leaving in the summer and has a host of suitors who are keen on him.
West Ham United, Everton, Stoke City and Tottenham Hotspur have all expressed an interest in the Mexican and we certainly think that come the summer, he will have a big decision to make.
We think that fan favourite Hernandez is a born goalscorer and despite struggling at Real Madrid and failing to really win over Louis van Gaal or David Moyes, we are pretty sure that should he take a chance and leave United for one of his suitors, it would be a brilliant move for him.
One of our regulars notes that Spurs are crying out for a forward who is proven in the Premier League and one who could link up with Harry Kane – and we think they have found their man in Hernandez.
