Dennis Wise is up there as one of the most hated men in Newcastle. Alongside the likes of Mike Ashley, Lee Charnley, Tony Jimenez and Alan Pardew, the Geordies have a particular hate for those that have been responsible for their club’s decline, and now that Ashley has reinstated Wise as an influential advisor they’re fuming.

The Mag has reported this story via The Times, and the Magpies are absolutely livid. Wise has been at the club before and was a part of the comedy club that ran St James Park. The fans will always take a back seat when it comes to Ashley’s priorities and that seems apparent again as he’s brought in the ex-Chelsea midfielder who was already a hated figure at the club.
The Magpies believed just over a month ago that they would be rid of Ashley by now. Reports came out that they would be taken over and Ashley would finally be selling the club, but now it’s become clear that no takeover will be going through, and with Ashley recruiting Wise as an advisor it could be a sign to the fans that he isn;t going anywhere yet, even though he is public enemy number one.

The Geordies hate the idea of Wise coming back in and would do anything to rid their club of the poisonous advisor.
