Plenty of Newcastle United fans have flocked to a tweet about the prospective takeover in the North East as NUFC 360 posted on their Twitter page calling all of their followers to join together.
This was in a plea to the Premier League to finally approve the deal at St. James’ Park and let them be rid of their current owner Mike Ashley.

Indeed, several members of the Toon faithful joined in with the plea and called out the top flight’s official Twitter page as a signal to England’s highest division to let the bid from the Saudi-led consortium go through.
The country’s crown prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS), backed by his Public Investment Fund (PIF), businesswoman Amanda Staveley and the billionaire Reuben brothers, are all waiting hands on deck to find out if they are to become the new part-owners of the Magpies. A successful bid would end Ashley’s reign of 13 years.
