Our Newcastle fans here in the Transfer Tavern have had a quick regroup this week and have decided that there’s not too much to be down about from their loss against Spurs.
Indeed, they really could have got at least a draw from the game had they kept eleven men on the pitch and so now the focus is quickly shifting to playing Huddersfield this weekend.
This, then, is already a big game given how well the Yorkshire side started and our local Magpies are hoping that they can spoil the party that the Terriers are set to throw.
For sure, then, we’re looking forward to the game here behind the bar and in the meantime the club has managed to sign Joselu from Stoke City.
