Nottingham Forest fans have been bemoaning the contract termination of defender Alexander Milosevic after he departed the City Ground yesterday.
The club revealed that the Milosevic had left the club after just eight months in Nottinghamshire following his move as a free agent in February (via Nottingham Forest)
After his move to the Championship side, the 27-year-old made 12 appearances for the side, last appearing in the final game of last season against Bolton Wanderers (via Transfermarkt).
However, his release may come as a relief to Forest and Sabri Lamouchi, who have trimmed the squad down to just five centre-backs after starting the campaign with a staggering seven.
The move doesn’t come as a surprise, with the 7-cap Sweden international not making a single appearance this campaign.
Fans seemed to be shocked at the news Milosevic’s contract had been terminated as they took to Twitter to react.
