Nottingham Forest drew 1-1 with Middlesbrough last night in the Sky Bet Championship in what was a frustrating night for the Reds at the City Ground.
The men from Trentside have had a good season so far but in recent games they have not recorded the sort of points haul you would expect from a side challenging for the top six.
Of course, they still remain well in the fight for a play-off place but with the top two running away at a canter, results like last night’s, the draw against Millwall and the loss against Cardiff are very detrimental.
That has been and gone, though, and the Reds will now have to focus on what lies ahead with them still in a decent position as we head towards Christmas.
The result has generated plenty of debate on Twitter, meanwhile, among Forest fans with a conversation concerning Joao Carvalho particularly prominent.
Let’s take a look at what has been said in that regard:

The Lolley debate is interesting. Personally he's too predictable on the right. It's not working, get him back on the left. Stick Silva in with Watson or Yates and give Carvalho a proper run of games as the number 10. #NFFC

Simply have to be demanding more from each and every one of our players if we want Premier League football. Home performances need to be better, we need to be consistent and big players must perform. Likes of Lolley and Carvalho aren't doing what we know they're capable of #NFFC

Can’t blame Carvalho tonight I’m afraid, teal switched off and stopped playing, he had zero chance to get involved
