Nottingham Forest will be looking to bounce back as soon as possible from their weekend defeat against Birmingham City as they look to earn promotion from the Championship and into the Premier League.
It’s been a long time since the Reds were last in the top flight but it’s certainly looking as though this season they have a real chance of making it back to the promised land.
For sure, fans will be expecting a top six finish at the very least this season whilst a top two spot is very possible, too, with Leeds United coming up this weekend.
Quoted by the Sky Sports EFL Podcast, though, Andy Hinchcliffe has said that he can’t believe Forest are still up there and that he expects them to finish outside the top two, though a play-off place might be up for grabs at the end of the season.

Amazed they are still up there is a silly comment, we are 30 matches into the season and we have the 4th best record. We have lost to some mediocre teams but beaten some good teams, pretty much the same as Leeds. Pundits had Leeds promoted at Christmas. Game of opinions.
