Nottingham Forest had a shocker of a weekend against Sheffield Wednesday in the City Ground as they lost 4-0 against the Owls in the Sky Bet Championship.
The Reds went into the game at the City Ground against Wednesday knowing that a win could give them a big boost in the play-off race but, similarly, the Owls knew an away win would give them a similar boost and they certainly got that.
Where Forest were abject in the first-half, the Owls were sublime and had the game sealed up at half-time.
For Forest, it’s back to the drawing board as a worrying turn in results continues and the players are going to have to knuckle down and prove themselves once more as fan confidence has been knocked.
