Nottingham Forest host Blackburn Rovers in their first game of 2020 in the Sky Bet Championship as the Reds look to maintain their play-off challenge for the second half of the season.
The men from the City Ground have had a good year so far and lie in the top six with a game in hand on those around them.
Indeed, if they can maintain form they will be there or thereabouts to the end of the season but they must keep winning games – especially at home.
That’s what they did in the final game of 2019, too, against Wigan Athletic thanks to a goal from defender Tobias Figueiredo in the second half.
And, indeed, that was celebrated well on the bench during the game, with Forest providing insight to what goes on on their sideline throughout a match with their bench cam:
Kicking and heading every ball 👊

That's a brilliant thing to watch and it's great to see so much passion from the players, especially Carvalho and Dawson.
