Nottingham Forest will feel as though they are one of the lead sides capable of challenging Leeds United and West Brom for the top two spots in the Championship this season.
The top two have had great campaigns so far but Forest have a game in hand and have got the quality to try and close the gap, along with Fulham, this season.
Full focus will be on earning promotion this year after the campaign that they have had so far, then, but attention switched to their FA Cup campaign for the first time last night, as the draw for the third round was made at the Etihad Stadium.
Forest will take on Premier League side Chelsea, too, and that has certainly generated a feeling of familiarity for Reds fans who are getting used to seeing their side play at Stamford Bridge in cup fixtures.
