Aston Villa fans are over the moon with the way loanee striker, Lewis Grabban, has taken to life in Birmingham. The 30-year-old, who spent the first half of the season on loan at struggling Sunderland has been loaned back to another Championship club at the other end of the table in 3rd place, Villa.
Grabban has already bagged three goals in his first five games for the Villains and promises to continue lighting up Villa Park until he returns to Premier League Bournemouth at the end of the season. Although the Villa faithful will be hoping he joins their club on a permanent deal in the near future.
The Jamaican poacher has scored in all of his last three games for Villa, including in last night’s fixture away at his old club, Sunderland. Aston Villa fans have been raving over their club’s latest acquisition on Twitter as the 30-year-old continues to aid the Villains in their promotion push. The Villa Park faithful find themselves only four points off of the Championship’s automatic promotion places as they aim to return to England’s top flight.

Grabban is good but I feel for Hogan if he loses his place, he’s struggled without Jack in the team. Always puts in a shift though. #AVFC
