Sheffield Wednesday host Millwall this weekend in a game you feel they need to win in order to keep their play-off hopes intact.
The Owls suffered a surprising defeat last time out in the league against Wigan Athletic with Garry Monk hitting his players with both barrels after the game and criticising their desire and motivation to be playing for the club.
Indeed, it seems as though Monk wants to ring the changes but you get the feeling wholesale alterations will not happen until the summer window – especially with so little left in the January market.
Even so, the Owls have managed to bring in another new face in the form of Alessio Da Cruz:
A warm Wednesday welcome to Alessio! #swfc

Owls fans will hope that he is a player that can make a positive impact in the coming six months at the club and so, with that in mind, let’s take a look at what has been said on social media about the player:
I signed him for us on football manager yesterday lads and within 3 seasons he’d won us the champions league! Moral of the story is I don’t get out often
