Sheffield Wednesday face a Yorkshire derby this weekend as they take on Barnsley in the Sky Bet Championship.
On paper, the Owls will be favourites, with the Tykes struggling down near the bottom of the league but that could mean they will be well up for a fight and the fact that this match is a derby means anything could happen.
The Owls will need to deal with that, then, and it remains to be seen just who Garry Monk feels he can trust to start against Barnsley.
Certainly, he has not been scared to call out his players in recent weeks over poor performances and he has recently suggested that the attitude in training has been better.
Whether or not that yields improved results remains to be seen but this is what he has had to say:
