Sheffield Wednesday will be looking to get themselves back on track this weekend as they take on Barnsley in a Yorkshire derby in the Sky Bet Championship.
The Owls have fallen away from the playoff race in recent weeks thanks to some pretty sketchy form and it has seen Garry Monk feel the need to call out several of his players in the press for their performances.
Clearly, there is work to do at Hillsborough at the moment and fans are keen to see Monk reshape the squad as to how he sees fit but whether or not he does that successfully will have to wait until the summer.
Where Wednesday are for next season remains to be seen, too, but it looks likely it’ll be another second-tier based campaign and with a season ticket update coming out from the club, fans have had plenty to say.
Let’s take a look at the reaction to what the Owls have revealed:
The Owls are reminding supporters that the Early Bird Season Ticket is on sale now until next Monday, with prices frozen for a fourth successive year #swfc

For some constructive feedback, please can you enquire about having the normal early bird season tickets prices deadline up to the end of March/ beginning of April; to actually Allow fans to sort out their finances. I don't understand why it has to be sooo early! #swfc

Yeah I’ve bought mine. But it smacks of something when our “community” minded club expects its supporters to part with hundreds and even thousands of pounds so soon after one of the most expensive periods in the year; both in terms of Xmas and the number of games scheduled.

As much as I would like to buy now. Bit stuck for £1800 right now.

It's absolute joke Wednesday should be same price from start to finish your basically forcing fans to buy now wouldn't mind but its not like we have had a great season is it
