Sunderland are gathering momentum as the business end of the season starts to approach and there is now a feel-good-factor around the club which is primarily based on the good job Phil Parkinson is doing.
Thoughts of wanting the manager or owner Stewart Donald to leave the club were rife a few months ago but the change in results does make the idea of a return to the Championship a realistic possibility.
However, one fan has posed a question on social media asking whether supporters were too premature in their calls for Donald to leave, and it has been greeted with a mixed response.
Many below still hold a hostile position towards the owner and ill-feeling is yet to subside, while others are a little less critical but still hold concerns over Donald’s financial capability, and considering the lack of investment in January that seems to be an understandable viewpoint to hold.

Nope, sooner he is gone the better. Another potential buyer has today said he was told 10 months after losing out to donald that he wanted to sell. Absolute myth that the statements and fan groups forcing him out.

Wasn’t a part of the Donald Out protests, however I do strongly believe that we need some extra investment. If thats with him still in charge as a Chairman/Owner or with someone new, as long as we keep performing on the pitch, which is the most important thing
