Sunderland take on Blackpool this weekend in Sky Bet League One as they look to get themselves a long-awaited win after a real poor run of form.
The Black Cats have struggled so far this season with a lack of consistency and under Phil Parkinson things haven’t really improved from the end of Jack Ross’ tenure at the club.
Even so, League One provides plenty of chances for things to start turning around and fans will hope that the club can do that before too long.
Whether they actually do, though, remains to be seen with the men from Wearside beginning to lose ground on those above them in the play-off places.
They face Blackpool this weekend, then, and it seems as though fans are not exactly looking forward to it judging by the reaction to the club’s early pre-match tweet concerning match tickets on social media.
