Sunderland: Fans issue criticism of international defender Conor McLaughlin

Sunderland have struggled to really find any form so far this season in Sky Bet League One and they look like they have a fight on, right now, to be a play-off challenging side.

Of course, there are still so many games to be played this season and they are not a massive amount of points away from where they need to be but the vibe and the mood around the club right now does not suggest they are going to be able to string together the results required.

Certainly, the players will want to prove themselves and there is quality in this squad but Sunderland fans are not a happy bunch at the moment and that has been reflected in the reaction to the stats provided about Conor McLaughlin this year.
