Sunderland fans will be hoping that their side is going to add some players to their squad this January window as they look to climb up the Sky Bet League One table.
The Black Cats have been through the mill again this season and many have been on Phil Parkinson’s back for what has happened in most of his tenure so far.
However, the men from the Stadium of Light are also starting to look a bit stronger with them going on an unbeaten run and though they need to get more wins, Parkinson might well have bought himself just a little bit of time.
One man’s time that has come to an end at Sunderland, though, is midfielder Dylan McGeouch with him joining Aberdeen – as confirmed by the club’s Twitter account:

A player whose talent never really managed to shine through consistently at the club for various reasons, the midfielder is heading back to Scotland to play for the Dons.
