Sunderland have a big game this weekend in Sky Bet League One as they take on Wycombe Wanderers at the Stadium of Light.
The Black Cats are not where they want to be in the table but have got a bit of a run together in recent weeks that has seen them avoid defeat.
There’s still a bit of work to do, of course, but you get the feeling that if they can win against the Chairboys this weekend that could give them a real boost in terms of the rest of the season.
A big match, then, and fans will be looking forward to it, as well as looking forward to seeing who they can sign in the transfer window.
Phil Parkinson has revealed that Kyle Lafferty is among his targets, too, with him saying:
