Sunderland: Many fans weren’t interested in what Jack Ross had to say

Many Sunderland fans have not been impressed by what Jack Ross has had to say for himself in the media, which acts as a reminder of the strained relationship between the supporters and manager.

His comments were even more muffled than usual following the 1-1 draw against Bolton Wanderers – not just because of the result, as there was a faulty cable impacting the audio quality:

There weren’t too many fans that were bothered about this though, as judging by the responses, they weren’t interested in what he had to say anyway.

The Black Cats had gone behind after 50 minutes through a goal from Jack Hobbs, with Aiden McGeady equalising from the penalty spot in the 91st minute, as per WhoScored.

However, the fact that the team didn’t lose hasn’t made the situation seem much better for many fans, feeling the penalty only slightly papers over some very clear gaps, so they didn’t want to hear the ‘same dross’ coming from Ross.
